乐鱼体育 Vetting

What is 乐鱼体育 Vetting?

We are a team of marine experts in charge of ensuring that the vessels involved in the 乐鱼体育 Group's undertakings meet 乐鱼体育's criteria and process standards.

The following vessels must be rated as acceptable in the vetting process:

  • Vessels owned by the 乐鱼体育 Group
  • Time charter vessels
  • Voyage charter vessels
  • Any ship operating at a 乐鱼体育 Group terminal even if this operation is undertaken by an Operator not belonging to the Group
  • Any unchartered vessel carrying cargo belonging to the 乐鱼体育 group

Our Vetting team is in charge of carrying out assessments in accordance with our vetting processes at both 乐鱼体育 terminals and other national and international terminals.

A range of vetting processes are available to adapt to the type of vessel being screened

乐鱼体育 Vetting Process

Red vessel sailing

This process applies to vessels regulated by the聽SIRE聽and聽EBIS聽programs,鈥痗argo ships, and tugs.

The vetting assessment starts with a request from one of the 乐鱼体育 business units, and it's regulated by the 乐鱼体育 Vetting Process and Marine Safety Criteria document, which can be downloaded below.

乐鱼体育 Vetting does not pre-approve vessels, so they must be screened each time they are nominated by a 乐鱼体育 Group business.

If you are interested in arranging an inspection鈥痜or your vessel, please email us a formal request at least five days beforehand indicating the port, date, local agents, and type of operations. Our main inspection areas are located in鈥疎urope and the Americas.
